Our Loewe TV developed a fault on 21 Sep 2006. After a couple of visits the ‘local’ engineer had to take the set away. He initially applied for a replacement board but Loewe said none were available. So the set had to taken away so the board can be extracted & posted to Germany so it can have components replaced. Apparently, we hear now (after I again chased an update) that they do not even have the parts to do this in stock!!!

If they have any customer focus they need to set a date for the return of the board – OR – arrange for a replacement TV. We have been without that TV now for over 2 months.

Loewe.. get your act together.
